Legion Bulletin #12 out now

Legionaries should have received Legion Bulletin #12 yesterday, featuring Ndeki’s rough guide to aliens (!), and downloadable computer, tablet and phone wallpapers for The Legion Awakes. If you’re using GMail then the Bulletin will be in the Promotions tab. If you join the Legion then you’ll get access to this and all past issues of the Bulletin.

New artwork. New novels. New beard.

I’ve been quiet but busy. As you may have noticed, artist Vincent Sammy has been steadily supplying replacement artwork for the main Human Legion series. It’s not just the image on the front: the paperback covers have been redesigned, and some of the front and back matter of the books redone (which is fancy publishing talk for the bits that go before and after that actual story – the story hasn’t changed). It’s been a lot of work for both of us (OK, mostly for Vincent) but I’m pleased to say the work is finally complete and I can show it off in all its glory. Thanks, Vincent. I’d buy you a pint but it’s a long way to Cape Town and I don’t know whether they serve a decent pint of Bass there. I hope you think he’s done […]

The Battle of Earth begins today

You can now read the story of the Human Legion’s final campaign. The Battle of Earth Part1: Endgame and Part2: Restart are available now in the Kindle store to buy, or borrow for free if you’re a Kindle Unlimited subscriber. Paperbacks are not yet ready, but should be by mid-week. I’m really proud of this double-bill climax and I think it benefited more from Recon Team advice than any other book, so thank you; it was a team endeavor. It’s been a while since the last main-line Legion novel, War Against the White Knights, was released, and I know some readers have subsequently come across me from my work with Revenge Squad, the Four Horsemen Universe or elsewhere.
