The past is your playground.

You can do whatever you want there.

Because no matter what you do, the past can't complain. 

And the present doesn't care.

We've all read stories about traveling to the past and accidentally (or not so accidentally) changing the timeline.

But what if you travel to the past and couldn't change the timeline even if you tried?

That, at least, is the claim of the Time Industries Panel in the 34th century. And time travel is big business, so they must be right(!)

The result:
